These fundraisers are essential to the students supported by the Band & Auxiliary Boosters. We need ALL of you to help out.
This is one of our best and biggest fundraisers and takes many, many hands to make it happen! Help needed Fri, Nov 1st for setup & Sat, Dec 1st working the show. If you are a student (or parent/guardian of a student) in Band Classes, Marching Ensemble, Drumline, or Color Guard you NEED TO BE signing up!

Jobs/Responsibilities:
– Setup (Friday, Nov 30th)
– Vendor Helpers
– Greeters / Helpers
– Help with raffle
– Concession stand help
– Sell Wreaths & hand out pre-orders
– Clean-up after
We’ll also need donations for the raffle. Donations can be dropped off in the band room, look for the Raffle donation container or bring Friday from 3:15-4:30PM or Saturday AM.
Please reach out the community to help with these donations! Check with your favoirite shops to see if they’d like to donate goods or gift cards. Maybe you have an unused gift card lying around?
