Band Picnic & BBQ / First Meeting August 23rd @ 6PM at Tigard High

This is for parents and students for the ENTIRE program. Band Classes, Marching Ensemble, Color Guard, and Drum Line.

There will be burgers and dogs provided by the Booster Board & Grillmaster Dave.
The rest of the food is provided by YOU! (see below)

At the meeting you will meet your Band & Auxiliary Booster Leadership Team, Band Directors, learn more about the upcoming wonderfulness that is the band & auxiliary program.

Other things to do at the meeting:
– Order Band Jackets:
– Pay band & auxiliary program dues
– Sign up for stuff

At the end of the meeting there will be music, provided by YOUR STUDENTS!

Burgers/dogs & drinks will be provided. We ask each family to bring other food items and have a break down by last name listed below.

Please bring a dish or item based on your students last name.
A-G – Fruits & Veggies
H-L – Sides (chips, dips, favorite side dish, etc)
M-R – Desserts
S-Z – Salad
